1. Appointment Booking

• Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or text message.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and service details during the booking process.

​2. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Prices listed are subject to change without notice, except for confirmed bookings.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • No-shows are non-refundable and will not be credited for future bookings.

  • Completed services, including all lab tests and analyses, are non-refundable.

  • For mobile services, clients must ensure the location is accessible, safe, and appropriate for the service.
  • Droplet Vault reserves the right to refuse service if safety or compliance standards cannot be met.

  ​6. Mobile and After-Hours Services

  • Mobile services outside of our standard service area may incur additional travel fees.
  • Emergency or after-hours bookings are subject to a $250 surcharge in addition to the regular service fee.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

At Droplet Vault, we place a high priority on safeguarding your information. All data collected during testing is stored securely and used exclusively for the purposes for which it was gathered, in line with legal regulations.

8. Limitations of Liability

Droplet Vault shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of our services. We provide accurate and reliable results; however, the ultimate responsibility for the application of these results lies with the client.

Amendments

Our services are offered for personal or business use only. You may not utilize our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to contravening any applicable laws or regulations.
